2. Service Description

Shareyl enables SaaS developers to run affiliate programs with minimal setup, and allows affiliates to earn commissions for promoting their favorite tools.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your login. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Payouts

Stripe handles all payment processing. Shareyl does not store any sensitive payment data. Developers are responsible for funding commission payouts and meeting any legal obligations related to payments.

5. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any behavior that violates laws or Stripe policies. Violations may result in account termination and loss of earnings.

6. Privacy and Data

We only collect essential information such as your email, product data, and payout preferences. All sensitive identity information is securely handled by Stripe.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting interruption.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Shareyl if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
